The Urban Protege Money-Back Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

All payments due and payable to Urban Protege must be made on time.

You are not to add any new derogatory trade lines to your credit report after beginning participation in the program.

Eligibility for a refund begins after 90 days of active participation in the program.

The guarantee becomes void if you cancel or fail to make payments during the first 90 days of the program.

Urban Protege must be given thirty (30) days from the date of the refund request to review your credit bureaus and account, verify that no negative items have been removed, and determine why this is the case.

Within five (5) days of the effective agreement date, you must provide proof of identity (e.g., a copy of your driver’s license and social security card).
